Continuing Legal Education: Employment Documentation

Join Brick Gentry P.C. on Monday, January 26, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. for a CLE on Employment Documentation at our West Des Moines office. This program focuses on real-world documentation tools you can put to work immediately in your workplace. 

Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged. Attorney Matt Brick will walk through practical strategies for documenting performance, disciplinary, and termination decisions to reduce the risk of employment-related claims and support defensible personnel actions. Topics will include what to document (and when), how to use evaluations and email effectively, the role of background checks, and common documentation “landmines” that lead to costly litigation.
