“I understand that disputes in general, and litigation in particular, are stressful.  When matters are not able to be resolved without court intervention I am here as both your counselor and advocate, including throughout trial and any appeal.”

Dan Kresowik is a shareholder at Brick Gentry P.C.  For over a decade, Dan has effectively represented clients, primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, appellate law, employment law, and creditor rights law.

In his litigation practice, Dan has extensive motion and trial experience representing both business and individual clients.  Dan has successfully tried bench and jury cases throughout the Iowa District Courts, and in the Illinois Circuit Courts.  Dan has successfully argued multiple cases before the Iowa Supreme Court and the Iowa Court of Appeals.

In his employment practice, Dan routinely counsels clients with respect to non-competition agreements, employee discipline and discharge, pre-litigation investigations and compliance reviews, wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment complaints, and the drafting of policies and procedures.
